When upgrading a largeframe Vespa with performance tuning, the stock carburettor often cannot deliver enough fuel mixture to the engine. To address this, a larger carburettor paired with a suitable intake manifold is required. We offer intake manifolds designed for disc valve engines that allow replacing the original DELL’ORTO SI with a more powerful tuning carburettor. This enables fitting a carburettor with an outlet size up to 30mm without needing to convert to a reed valve setup.
