POLINI Double Layer Air Filter Gilera VX125, VXR180, VXR200
The Polini air filter for Vespa models features a dual-layer design. The first layer has mid-sized pores for filtering out coarse dust particles, while the second layer has tiny pores that catch even the tiniest particles. This is particularly important, as these particles are known to cause significant damage to the vehicle. The filter itself is constructed from self-extinguishing polyurethane foam and is assembled using a specialized hot forming process that maintains the filter's ability to effectively remove contaminants. The outer layer is a coarse black material made of open-celled polyurethane foam with a permeance of 30 pores per inch (ppi), while the inner layer is a fine-pored blue material made of open-celled polyurethane foam with a permeance of 60 ppi.
