ELRING Dirko Sealant HT - Red
Dirko™ HT oxim (neutral cross-linking) are high-quality, high-temperature-resistant, one-component silicone-based sealants that exhibit permanently elastic behavior.
They have very good adhesion to all common metals, cast iron, plastics (except PE, PP and PTFE) and glass.
Dirko™ HT oxim cures to silicone by reacting with atmospheric moisture.
The product is characterized by a very wide range of applications.
Possible areas of application:
Valve cover, oil pan, water and oil pump,
differential housing, gearbox housing, gearbox oil pan, thermostat housing, control housing,
axle cover, flange connection, headlight,
tail light, battery box
Resistance to:
Mineral oils (also with additives), synthetic oils,
greases, coolants, UV radiation, cold and hot water
and hot water, salt water, cleaning agents,
weak acids and alkalis
Consistency:
Pasty, stable, permanently elastic when cross-linked
Temperature range:
-60°C to +285°C (up to +315°C over 24 hours)
